Getting started in three easy steps
Step 1: Sign up
Enrolling in the my Drive program is quick and easy and you automatically get a 10% discount when you sign up. Do you already have an automobile insurance policy with us? You can enroll in the my Drive program with your broker. Looking to insure your car with Intact Insurance and sign up for my Drive? Start by getting a quote.
Step 2: Set up
Your my Drive device will come in the mail a few days after you enroll in the program. Just plug it into your vehicle’s OBD port and start the engine.
Once your device is connected, you’ll get an email containing a user name and password that will give you access to your my Drive Website.
Step 3: Save
Depending on your driving habits, you could save as much as 25% off your auto insurance at your next renewal.

Plug the my Drive™ device into your car and we’ll start collecting the data we need to help you save. We’ll review your acceleration, braking, and time of day that you drive, based on the kilometres driven.
Connecting your my Drive device is as simple as locating your OBD (On Board Diagnostic) port. It’s a small socket in your car that can usually be found under your dash, near the steering column. If you need help finding yours, check your vehicle owner’s manual.
