When you choose an Intact Service Centre to manage your eligible auto claim repair, you simply drop off your damaged vehicle and drive off in the rental car we’ve arranged for you. The process is fast, simple and incredibly convenient.
We’ll handle the repair process using selected Rely Network® repair shops, and guarantee your repairs for as long as you own your vehicle*. We’ll also re-inspect your repairs before handing your vehicle back over to you. We take care of the details, so you don’t have to.
Step 1
Report your auto claim to an Intact Insurance claims adjuster who will determine if one of our select Intact Service Centre locations is right for you.
Step 2
Bring your damaged vehicle to Intact Service Centre and drive off in the rental car we’ve arranged for you.
Step 3
After your repairs have been completed by a trusted Rely Network repair shop, you simply pick up your vehicle at Intact Service Centre and get back on the road.
