The information required to create your client account is in the secure email. Don't wait too long – you have 72 hours to complete the process. Didn't have time to create your account? Follow the steps below and you’ll be able to navigate on the Intact Insurance App and in Client Centre.
You can view, download, and even print your insurance documents from Client Centre. You can also view your account statements and make payments.

Client Centre and the Intact Insurance App are quick, practical, and environmentally friendly ways to access your documents and other useful Intact Insurance information. Using these online services makes it easy to access your insurance documents and track your claims.
To create an account on the Client Centre or on the app, you’ll need your policy number, your full name, your date of birth and your postal code.
Click on “Forgot password?” to request a new one. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to easily change your password. For security purposes, you only have 120 minutes to make the change.
For security purposes, we lock accounts that receive multiple login attempts. If you experience this issue, after three failed login attempts, you will receive an email with a password reset request.
Your PIN can be found in the insurance documents that were mailed to your address when you became an Intact Insurance client.

Yes, you will continue to receive your proof of auto insurance by mail. You can also access your proof of insurance directly on the Intact Insurance App.
Is the environment important to you? It matters to us too. By choosing this option in the “Profile” section of the Intact Insurance App or Client Centre, we limit our paper-document mailings to just your proof of insurance. For changes to your policies and all other transactions, we notify you by email, and your documents in our Client Centre will reflect these changes.
Each client has their own profile and can access Client Centre and the Intact Insurance App with their own email address. However, they can only see the policies on which their name appears.
If any of the information on your policy, billing or claim documents is incorrect, contact your insurance representative to inform them and correct the information in Client Centre.
Any changes made by your insurance representative will appear in your Client Centre within 24 business hours.
No. To amend your policy, you must contact your insurance representative.
Clients who cancel their insurance contract can continue to access their insurance documents in Client Centre or the Intact Insurance App for 60 days following the cancellation. After this period, they must contact their insurance representative to obtain any documentation they might still want.
